The 40.05 metre motor yacht Elysium has had a central agency change and is now jointly listed for sale by Burgess and Gary Cleaverly at Sunseeker London with a £1,000,000 price reduction.
Built in GRP by British yard Sunseeker International to RINA class, she was delivered as a Sunseeker 131 model in April 2018. An interior in quarter sawn oak, instead of the standard wenge, accommodates 12 guests in six cabins comprising a master and VIP suite on the main deck, while below deck are three doubles and a twin. All guest cabins have entertainment centres, Samsung LED television screens and en suite bathroom facilities and there are also four crew cabins.
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the main saloon allow for a true connection to the outside world with a bright, naturally illuminated interior and there is a state of the art entertainment centre featuring a 55 inch Samsung television screen and a Bose Lifestyle stereo surround sound system. A large aft deck has al fresco dining amenities and comfortable sun pads.
Additional features include the Sunseeker Platinum Package, a custom gym and full wet bar on the upper deck and a custom plunge pool forward of the wheelhouse. Twin 3,140hp MTU diesel engines give her a top speed of 25 knots and a range of 1,500 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 10 knots.
Elysium is now asking £16,895,000.
