The 32.9 metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Fifth Avenue has been sold with the seller represented by Marco Fiorani at Idea Yachting and the buyer introduced by Thanos Skliris of Yacht Nation.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Sanlorenzo, she was delivered in 2008 and refitted in 2015. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite, a double and twin cabin, all with entertainment centres, LCD television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
A large saloon with panoramic windows allows guests to relax in the natural daylight on comfortable seating including an L-shaped settee and armchairs, while a full wet bar and an entertainment centre including a 50-inch LCD television screen are also on offer. Forward is a dining area with seating for up to eight guests.
The aft deck has al fresco dining facilities at a large table and chairs seating eight guests and leads down to a generous swim platform. Up on the flybridge the easy pace of outdoor relaxation continues, offering sun pads, loungers and a wet bar, sheltered by a hard top.
Powered by twin MTU 16V2000M93 2,434hp diesel engines, she is capable of achieving a top speed of 28 knots.
Fifth Avenue was asking €3,000,000 with VAT paid.
