Marc Haendle at Ocean Independence in Mallorca, Spain, tells me he's taken over the listing of the 30.18 aluminium sailing yacht Susanne af Stockholm for sale with a €1.15 million price cut.
Built by Trehard to a design by Gilles Vaton, she was launched in 1990 and was previously named Whither. In 2008, she was totally reconfigured into a modern, comfortable, seaworthy and high performance sail yacht. All appliances were replaced, she was fitted with new engines and the interior was replaced with plentiful use of black American walnut She has terrific potential for private cruising or for charter. The dining room is spacious and is linked to the main saloon which has a 39 inch television screen and a Bose surround sound system
Accommodation is for eight guests in four staterooms. All are doubles and each has a television screen and en suite bathroom facilities. Under power, twin 250hp Steyr engines give her a range of 1,900 nautical miles at 10 knots.
Lying in Valencia, Spain, Susanne af Stockholm is down from €2.9 million to €1.75 million.
