The 35.8 metre Baltic sailing yacht Path, listed for sale by Jurgen Koch at Fraser in Palma, has received a further price reduction of €600,000.
Built by Finnish yard Baltic Yachts in a Kevlar, carbon fibre and epoxy sandwich to a design by Judel-Vrolijk, Path was delivered in 2011 as the second yacht in the yard’s Baltic 112 series and was refitted in 2018.
An interior featuring rich mahogany joinery designed by R&J Design accommodates six guests in three cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and a twin cabin, all with en-suite shower facilities. The master suite, forward guest cabin and VIP cabin have ‘floating interiors’ to reduce noise and vibration. Crew quarters for five are situated aft, with a separate entrance. In addition, two further berths are available forward on this yacht for sale.
The split-level saloon is surprisingly spacious and the lower level offers off-white upholstered seating to port and starboard with a flatscreen television set while up a short flight of stairs is a formal dining area with seating for eight guests.
Sloop rigged, Path was designed with shorthanded sailing in mind and most of the deck and rig controls can be managed from the cockpit. She is equipped with all the latest electronics available and, intriguingly, the owner has a completely separate portable navigational electronic system, stored in an aluminium case.
Other features include hydraulic Lewmar winches, custom flush deck hatches and a permanent Bimini top over the forward cockpit, and Path is RINA classed. Under power, a 405hp Cummins engine delivers a cruising speed of 10 knots.
Path is now asking €7,900,000 with VAT paid.
