The 28.65 metre motor yacht Phantasma, listed for sale by Crom Littlejohn and Jim Elliott at Northrop & Johnson, has had a $350,000 price reduction.
Built in GRP by US yard Nordlund to a design by Ed Monk Jr, Phantasma was delivered in 2003 and has never been chartered. Her interior, by Alexander Design, uses carefully crafted mahogany and pear woods to create three cabins for six guests in a layout consisting of a full beam master suite and two identical twin cabins, all with entertainment centres and en suite shower facilities. In addition, up to four crew are accommodated in two cabins aboard this yacht for sale.
In the main saloon, with extensive glazing allowing the light to pour in, there is a large settee to port with occasional chairs and coffee tables while to starboard is a games table and an entertainment centre featuring a large screen television set. To complete the picture, a large bar is located aft to starboard. Meals, both formal and casual, are served in the open plan galley at a large banquette.
Al fresco entertainment and dining on the aft deck comes courtesy of a large dining table, seating up to 10 guests, and a barbecue grill to port. The pilothouse/skylounge, accessed via the stairwell from the galley, has two Stidd helm chairs while immediately aft is an entertainment centre with a large screen television set and bookshelves, along with an L-shaped sofa and coffee tables to port. Twin 1,480hp MTU diesel engines power her to a cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum speed of 21 knots.
Lying in Palm Beach, Florida, Phantasma is now asking $3,950,000.
