The 30.5-metre motor yacht Wizard has been sold with Antonio Mortola of Mortola Yacht & Ship Brokers handling the sale.
Built of steel and aluminium in 1985 at Porsius Shipyard in The Netherlands, Wizard has benefited from two significant refits in the past 13 years – one from 2007 to 2008 and the other between 2010 to 2012. The latter included a 3-metre extension, new interior, new paint job and new teak decks in a multi-million dollar overhaul.
Wizard's interior, designed by Dieter Sieger, includes four cabins for up to nine guests as well as quarters for four crew. The master cabin is full beam and at main deck level with a spacious, classic, marble-finished en suite shower room. Naval architecture and the classic exterior lines are by De Vries Lentsch.
Twin Mercedes 550hp 424A diesel engines push this yacht at a top speed of 12 knots and cruising speed of 10 knots, with a cruising range of 2,000 nautical miles.
Wizard was asking €1,900,000.
