The 46.5-metre Perini Navi sailing yacht Tamarita, listed for sale with Yannis Zagorakis of Hargrave Yachts, has received a price reduction of €500,000.
Built in steel and aluminium by Perini Navi to an in-house design, Tamarita was delivered in 1991 and has had a regular maintenance programme since, including a full repaint in 2017. Accommodation is for up to eight guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite and two twins. A further four cabins sleep a crew of up to eight.
The lounging area in the main saloon is panelled in light woods and offers comfortable seating, a state-of-the-art entertainment centre including a large screen television and a bar for maximum entertainment potential. Forward is a dining area with seating for up to eight guests.
Overall, her open-plan layout is ideal for seamless indoor-outdoor living, including a swim platform and an extended flybridge with seating areas, a barbecue grill and sun pads. There is also a large aft deck with built-in upholstered seating around an oval table for al fresco dining.
On the technical side, Tamarita is ketch rigged and has a full wardrobe of North Sails, Bamar furling gear and an Antal 200 electric winch in the main mast.
Under power, twin 640hp MTU diesel engines power this sailing yacht for sale to a maximum speed of 14 knots and, drawing on 11,000-litre fuel tanks, a transatlantic range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Tamarita is now asking €5,450,000 and is lying in Greece.
