The 37.92 metre classic Pendennis sailing yacht La Cattiva, listed for sale by Lars Bjorklund and David Lunn at Ocean Independence, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Lilley Marine.
Built in aluminium by British yard Pendennis to a design by Dubois Naval Architects, she was delivered in 1991 as a bluewater cruising ketch and most recently refitted in 2020. Accommodation, in a lavish interior designed by Terence Disdale is for up to eight guests in four cabins comprising a master, two twins and a twin-bunked cabin, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
The main saloon and wheelhouse are open plan with great views out through the wrap-around windscreen and spacious cockpit. A further lower saloon and dining area are forward.
Equipped with a carbon fibre rig, fixed genoa and blade stays are complemented by a removable staysail while, under power a single 543hp MTU diesel engine allows a cruising speed of 10 knots topping out at 12 knots.
La Cattiva was asking €2,950,000.
