The 25 metre Ocean Alexander motor yacht Oceana, listed for sale by Niel Steenkamp at Worth Avenue Yachts, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in GRP by Taiwanese yard Ocean Alexander to a design by Ed Monk Jr, Oceana was delivered in 2014 and refitted in 2017 when zero speed stabilisers were installed. Designer Destry Darr used satin finished walnut joinery with granite and marble accents to welcome six guests into three cabins. These include an amidships master suite, a twin cabin and a double VIP suite in the bow, all with television screens and full en suite bathroom facilities. Meanwhile, her crew quarters allow for a staff of two people.
Her full-beam aft deck features built-in bench seating and three folding deckchairs, which provide an al fresco dining option for light meals around a curved wooden table. Moving inside through sliding glass doors her elegant saloon boasts a large L-shaped sofa and two armchairs. Further forward, the wheelhouse is open-plan with an adjacent seating area and a country-kitchen style galley.
Flybridge access can be gained through the pilothouse companionway or stairs from the main deck. This deck features twin Stidd helm chairs, a U-shaped settee and a wet bar. A custom GRP hard top and isinglass enclosure provide protection from the elements and full air conditioning. Her twin 1,600hp MTU diesel engines are still under warranty and she is fitted with Trac zero speed stabilisers.
Oceana was asking $5,200,000.
