Mike Burke at HMY Yacht Sales tells me he's closed on his listing for sale, the 25 metre motor yacht Pure Pleasure, with Florida Yacht Group representing the buyer.
Built in GRP by Taiwan's Ocean Alexander yard, Pure Pleasure was delivered earlier in 2014 and her twin 1,600hp MTU engines have only 175 hours on them. With an interior in satin varnished walnut custom designed by Destry Darr, accommodation is for six guests in three staterooms consisting of a master suite with a king sized bed and a 42 inch television, a VIP stateroom with a queen sized bed and 24 inch television plus a twin cabin with a 19 inch television. All staterooms have full en suite facilities.
The aft deck lends itself to al fresco entertaining and dining with a built in bench seat, teak table, wet bar and a drop down satellite television set. The saloon is large and comfortable and has L-shaped sofas, a 42 inch television and entertainment centre, granite counter tops and a formal dining area.
Up on the flybridge, there is more space for outdoor living, with three helm seats, seating with storage underneath, a wet bar, sink, fridge, electric barbecue and a 24 inch television set.
Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Pure Pleasure was asking $3,745,000.
