The 29.6-metre motor yacht Fourth Down has been sold with Wes Sanford and Sean Doyle of Northrop & Johnson representing the seller and David Montello of FGI Yacht Group representing the buyer.
Delivered by Taiwanese yard Ocean Alexander this year, the yacht was constructed in GRP to designs by British studio Evan K. Marshall and Arrabito Naval Architects, featuring a near-vertical bow.
Five cabins welcome ten guests, including the main deck master with a king-size bed and walk-in his and hers dressing rooms. Two VIP queen-size doubles and two convertible twin cabins – becoming queens in double mode – are located on the lower deck. Fourth Down also has quarters for a crew of four.
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the main saloon make for a bright space with terrific views, all relatively pared back and minimalist for Marshall, who is known for opulent designs. A dining table, seating ten, is positioned forward while electrically opening glass doors aft lead to the wet bar and al fresco dining area.
A submersible swim platform, linked to the beach club, makes for easy access to and from the sea. The yacht also features zero speed stabilisers for enhanced comfort.
Twin 1,900hp MAN V12 diesel engines, with under 130 hours on them, push the 185GT yacht to a top speed of 20 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots.
Fourth Down was last asking $11,750,000.
