The 30.5-metre Nordhavn motor yacht Serenity has joined the market with James Dalzell of Ray White Marine.
Built in GRP in the Far East and delivered by Nordhavn in 2018, the vessel was comprehensively refitted in 2021, "which makes it still look and feel like a brand new yacht", according to the broker.
Accommodation is provided for up to 11 guests in a master, a generous VIP double, two doubles and a twin cabin. The owner’s cabin is located on the bridge deck and opens out aft to the deck. It features a gas fire for comfortable cruising in cold climates.
The saloon is laid out for open-plan living and the sundeck offers guests al fresco dining, at a 10-seater table, or a refreshing plunge in the spa pool. A custom fishing station with removable game chair is situated aft.
The 199GT yacht for sale is powered by twin 1,200hp Caterpillar diesels, giving her a maximum speed of 12.5 knots, cruising speed of 9 knots and range of 5,250 nautical miles. The broker pointed out that "Serenity is currently situated in some of the world's most spectacular waters".
Lying in Auckland, New Zealand, Serenity is asking $9,900,000.
