The 27.2-metre Moonen motor yacht Willow is listed for sale with Lars Bjorklund and Allan Jouning at Ocean Independence.
Built in steel and aluminium to a design by Rene Van der Velden, Willow was delivered by her Dutch yard in 2006 as a Moonen 80 model.
Willow is a proven world cruiser, having recently completed a voyage from France to New Zealand with pitstops in Bermuda, California and Hawaii along the way. She was designed with an efficient round bilge hull that ensures low fuel consumption at cruising speed while offering a transatlantic cruise capacity - an appealing offering for those looking to adventure further afield.
Willow was refitted in 2021. She also saw an entirely redesigned main deck interior in 2017, designed by Laura Pomponi and a freshly painted superstructure. The main saloon features a large U-shaped sofa on the portside with a drop-down TV and cabinetry to starboard. Further forward is a dining table for up to eight guests which faces a bar. Accommodation is for up to 10 guests, comprising a full-beam master suite and three guest cabins, each with an additional Pullman berth. There are quarters for a crew of three.
Other highlights include a spacious sundeck that runs nearly three-quarters of the length of the vessel as well as an extended swim platform, perfect for sunbathing or fishing.
The 116GT yacht for sale is powered by a pair of Caterpillar engines delivering a top speed of 13 knots, cruising speed of 10 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles at 9 knots.
Lying in Auckland, New Zealand, Willow is now asking €3,200,000.
