The 25 metre motor yacht Lorak, listed for sale by Jim Dragomir at Denison Yachting, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Steve Doyle at Apollo Yachts.
Built in GRP by Taiwanese yard Monte Fino and launched in 2001, the cockpit motor yacht Lorak was refitted in 2011. Designer Shelley Higgins gave her a striking interior in high gloss cherry wood panelling set off by cream carpets and accommodating seven guests in three cabins. The master suite is amidships with a king size bed while the VIP suite is forward to port and has a queen size bed. To starboard is a twin cabin with a Pullman berth and all cabins have en suite bathroom facilities.
The lounge area in the main saloon has large settees to port and starboard, occasional tables and an entertainment centre including a flat screen television while forward is a dining area with seating for six. Further forward still is the galley with a cosy breakfast bar for casual meals.
The aft deck, sheltered by the upper deck, has built in upholstered seating and a table for al fresco dining, while her large flybridge has seating, tables and a wet bar, making it ideal for entertaining. For those wishing to sunbathe in total privacy, walk around side decks lead to a foredeck area with large sun pads.
Twin 1,400hp Caterpillar engines produce a cruising speed of 23 knots and a range of 2,200 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Lorak was asking $1,299,000.
