The 34.1-metre ketch-rigged sailing yacht Miti One is newly for sale with Pierre Badin of Denison Yachting.
Built, to RINA class, of steel in Turkey at Bodrum Oguz Marin in 2021, she was designed throughout by the yard's in-house team for an experienced yachtsman. The interior boasts extensive wood finishes, drawing on local craftsmanship. Warranty works were recently completed and the yacht is ready to set sail for the summer season.
Accommodation is for twelve guests in five cabins, comprising a master, three VIPs and a twin. The vessel also has quarters for a crew of seven. Her profile has hallmarks of a gulet but with a contemporary twist, the unashamedly oversized superstructure offering great views from the saloon and even better from the raised sundeck, where solar panels soak up energy when not covered by cushions.
A glass bar in the saloon is a focal point, aft of a dining table for ten that competes with the aft deck's 12-seater table which is positioned transversely and is protected by the solar-panel-clad bimini. The foredeck offers enough space for a pilates class and the bowsprit features guard rails.
The 198GT yacht for sale is powered by twin 450hp Baudouin diesel engines, when not flying her sails, giving her a top speed of 13 knots and a cruising range of 2,000 nautical miles at 9 knots. She is commercially registered under the Malta flag and has proven herself as a charter yacht.
Lying in Bodrum, Turkey, Miti One's asking price is €6,290,000.
