The 39.6 metre motor yacht Happy Day, listed for sale by Marco Morjain at Reel Deal Yachts in Miami, Florida, has been sold in an in-house deal.
With exterior styling by Stefano Righini, Happy Day was built in GRP by Italian yard Overmarine to Bureau Veritas class and was delivered in 2007 as a Mangusta M130S yacht. Unlike the conventional M130, this superyacht features a raised pilot house and a flybridge, dramatically increasing both the interior volume and the outside deck areas, allowing space for two saloons.
She features an elegant interior for eight guests in four cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite and three double cabins, all with full en-suite facilities. There are also numerous deck spaces including a split-level aft deck al fresco area with a Jacuzzi on the lower level, dining for six on the upper level and ample lounging space, while the interior comprises a sports bar and an enormous dining saloon plus there is also a large saloon and further dining area forward of the bridge.
The substantial flybridge is accessed via a sliding electric glass door and offers aft dining for six, starboard seating for 10 and a meal preparation area with a barbecue grill, hot plate, oven and fridge, all shaded by a Bimini top. On the foredeck is a further sunbathing space with sun pads.
Power comes from twin MTU 16V 4000 M90 engines linked to KaMeWa waterjets for a top speed of 34 knots.
Happy Day was asking $6,000,000.
