Lürssen's 40.9-metre motor yacht Envy has rejoined the brokerage market, listed for sale with Yannick Altevolmer of Drettmann Yachts.
A combination of a pedigree European build and American interior design, Envy was constructed in aluminium by the German yard and launched in 1996. She was designed by Beiderbeck Designs, with interiors by Patrick Knowles and Birgit Schnaase. In 2005 she underwent a complete refurbishment, with her most recent works completed in 2018.
Envy accommodates eight guests in four cabins comprising a full-beam master suite with dual en-suites and bathtub, a VIP suite on the main deck with panoramic views, and two double cabins. All cabins are fitted with plasma television screens, entertainment centres and full en suite facilities. Crew quarters are for eight in four cabins.
According to her brokers she "perfectly balances timeless elegance and modern performance."
Elsewhere, the main saloon offers comfortable seating via two sofas with a dining table for ten and galley aft. A spiral staircase aft leads guests to the upper levels, where an upper deck saloon exudes class and coziness complete with a bar.
The large aft deck hosts comfortable seating and a plasma TV screen that can turn the area into an al fresco cinema. However, the standout feature on board is the spacious sundeck with its own bar and lounge area, overlooking the foredeck.
Twin 3,484hp MTU engines give her a range of 1,600 nautical miles at 10 knots, an impressive top speed of 21 knots and economical cruising speeds of 11 knots for extended voyages. She is actively maintained under Bureau Veritas class standards, ensuring safety and quality.
Envy is asking €5,900,000 with VAT paid.
