The 36 metre Leight Notika motor yacht Phoenix II has been listed for sale by Jack Gradus at Ocean Independence.
Designed by Bill Dixon, she was built in GRP by Turkish yard Leight Notika to Bureau Veritas class and was delivered in 2003 with a recent thorough refit bringing her to exellent condition. MCA compliant, she accommodates up to nine guests in four cabins consisting of a full beam master suite on the main deck, a full width VIP suite and two twins, one with a Pullman berth, and all cabins have LCD television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
The interior of this yacht for sale was designed by Birgit Schnaase and built by Metrica. Materials are top quality and of light weight construction. Book matched pear wood veneer paneling is used extensively throughout and the lighting system is all LED (all new 2013), very well planned and of high quality. The main saloon is light and airy with settees and armchairs upholstered in grey leather facing a sophisticated entertainment centre including a Panasonic 42 inch plasma television screen and there is a formal dining area forward with seating for six guests.
