The 76 metre classic Nuovi Cantieri Apuania motor yacht Lady Sarya, listed for sale with Privatsea, has received a price reduction of €4,000,000.
Originally delivered in 1972 as La Belle Simone, she was designed by Italian naval architect Rinaldo Gastaldi for New York property developer William Levitt. Not long after her delivery, she was featured in the movie The Greek Tycoon, a fiction loosely based on Jackie Onassis-Kennedy’s life with Anthony Quinn.
This was not her only encounter with Hollywood’s finest, since her launch she has hosted a star-studded list of guests on board including Frank Sinatra, Harry Belafonte, Michael Caine and Sean Connery.
In 2020, she underwent an interior refurbishment that saw her rich antiques and bespoke artisan woodwork updated and refined.
With her 1,032GT interior, Lady Sarya can accommodate 11 guests in six en suite cabins. A 100 square metre master suite is located on the main deck and offers two bathrooms and a separate dressing room area with sitting room. Elsewhere, remaining accommodation includes four guest cabins with twin beds, easily converted to doubles, and a staff cabin with one single berth.
A generous main saloon contains multiple lounging areas and a formal dining table that seats 12. From here, guests can also take the elevator to the upper lounge which features a bar, cinema and a more informal dining space.
Stepping outside, her easily recognisable twin funnels encase an upper-deck swimming pool alongside an outdoor bar with ample sunpads and seating for entertaining.
Lady Sarya was built with a steel hull, aluminium superstructure and teak decks. She has a range of 3,200 nautical miles and a top speed of 21 knots powered by a pair of MTU 12V diesel engines.
Lady Sarya is asking €14,000,000.
