The second hull of the 44.3 metre GT45 series from Italian yard ISA Yachts has been sold by Peter Redford and Eugenio Cannarsa of Fraser Australia with the assistance of Francesco Carbone of Palumbo.
Currently under construction in steel and aluminium to a design by Team For Design - Enrico Gobbi, the yacht is due for delivery in summer 2022. RINA classed and MCA compliant, accommodation on board is for 10 guests in five large cabins, including a luxurious full-beam main deck master suite complete with a balcony and private access to the bow sunbathing area.
The rest of the guest accommodation is on the lower deck and is configured in a flexible, charter-friendly layout, with two doubles and two twins. Both of the latter cabins can convert to doubles and come with extra Pullman berths for children or occasional guests, and all cabins have en suite bathroom facilities.
The lower deck swim platform leads through to a beach club and gym and up to the main deck aft where guests will find a swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds that convert to sofas beneath the shade of the upper deck overhang. A widescreen television set is placed on the port wall before the glass sliding doors to the interior.
Forward of the wheelhouse is a Portuguese deck furnished with lounge chairs and low-slung tables for sundowners. A staircase leads down either side to the main deck, where there are doors into the master suite and a sofa/sun lounger on either side. The bow is used for the launch and recovery of toys and tenders with the assistance of a davit crane.
Twin 1,301hp Caterpillar diesel engines enable a top speed of 16.5 knots and a range of 3,800 nautical miles at 12 knots.
The ISA GT45 was asking €21,500,000.
