The 44-metre Heesen motor yacht G3 has been newly listed for sale with John St Hill and Matt Pinckney of Burgess.
Built in aluminium by the Dutch yard in 2008 and comprehensively refitted in 2017, the semi-displacement yacht was designed throughout by Omega Architects of the Netherlands. She had a full repaint and refurbishment completed in 2022.
Accommodation for an owner's party of 12 comprises a full-beam master cabin on the main deck with a private office, plus two doubles and two convertible twin/doubles on the lower deck – with two additional Pullman berths in the office that can be converted to a children's room or massage room.
During the most recent refit the dining area of the open-plan saloon was moved aft, opening out onto the aft deck with its ample seating. Forward, the saloon is serviced by a sit-up bar, all finished in a neutral colour palette.
Al fresco dining can be enjoyed aft on the bridge deck at a 12-seater dining table, sheltered by the overhang and lit by miniature spotlights resembling a starry night sky.
G3's standout space is her sundeck which includes a Jacuzzi forward, surrounded by sunpads, plus ample casual seating and sunloungers aft. A large outdoor cinema screen is popular for movie nights. G3 is also known to have a good charter record.
A beach club, wet bar and open gym are located on the lower deck. The Williams sports jet tender and toys are stowed out of the way on the foredeck, which was "enhanced" during the refit.
The 458GT, ABS-classed yacht for sale has a top speed of 23 knots and cruising speed of 17 knots, under twin 3,600hp MTU diesels. Range is 3,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.
