The 29.3-metre Nordlund motor yacht Grace has joined the market with Jeff Stanley of Gilman Yachts.
Built in 1995 by Washington-based shipyard Nordlund, the 139GT yacht was built in GRP and is currently lying in Jupiter, Florida.
Accommodation on the motor yacht for sale is for eight guests in four cabins including a full-beam master cabin with king size berth that's been well-configured to allow for privacy from the rest of the yacht. There is complement for one crew member and a captain. Grace is a fast yacht, with a top speed of 27 knots and cruising speed of 20 knots provided by twin Caterpillar engines delivering 1550hp each.
The yacht has had three owners in her lifetime, with a substantial refit and new engines, generators and other technical updates in 2005. She was also extended in the years prior, making her a semi-custom model that's been optimised for both crew and owner operation.
Grace is a raised pilothouse model with a semi-enclosed upper deck that offers a sheltered helm station that can also be opened to allow in fresh air. On the aft is storage for tenders and toys and on the deck below is a shaded dining area.
Naval architecture is by Doug Sharp, while the design has been completed in-house by the shipyard. She has a maximum draft of 1.8 metres which makes her well-suited to the Bahamas and Florida Keys.
Grace is asking $1,995,000.
