The 35 metre motor yacht One O One, listed for sale by Alex Clarke at Denison Superyachts, has been sold with Ben Doggett at Sportfish International introducing the buyer.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Tecnomar to a design by Luca Dini, she was delivered in 2008 as the flagship of the yard’s Tecnomar Velvet range. RINA classed, she has had the same owner since new and her engines have logged only 500 hours. Spacious accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and two twin cabins, all with entertainment systems and en suite bathroom facilities.
The expansive open plan saloon has a lounge area with flooring in fine woods and is furnished with two large cream sofas to port and starboard, further occasional chairs, a bar and a full entertainment centre including a 50 inch plasma television screen.
Forward is a formal dining area with seating for eight guests around an oval table along with storage cabinets for glassware, china and cutlery. In addition, there is easy access from the main saloon to the upper sundeck lounge area via a circular staircase.
There are excellent exterior deck spaces for entertaining, including the aft deck and bow area. The aft deck has built-in upholstered seating along with extra chairs and a table for al fresco cocktails and meals while the foredeck offers huge sun pads and two tables for dining in complete privacy, even when in port.
Twin 2,150hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 28 knots and a top speed of 35 knots.
Now relocating to Australia, One O One was asking $2,595,000.
