The 36.58 metre motor yacht Ozark Lady, listed for sale by Eric Pearson and Tom Cleator at Fraser Yachts in San Diego, has been sold in an in-house deal with Joaquin Genrich introducing the buyer.
Built in aluminium by Dutch yard Feadship, Ozark Lady was delivered in 1989 with a major refit in 1999 at Palmer Johnson and several upgrades since. The four guest and owner's staterooms are located forward, pampering their occupants with all new fabrics and carpeting. Canadian elm mirrored bulkheads along with en suite bathroom facilities including new fixtures, counter tops and cabinets create a comfortable and luxurious ambience.
Ozark Lady's outstanding flybridge, with its panoramic views, accommodates twenty people for entertainment and comfortably seats twelve for outdoor dining. Custom glass panels divide the main saloon from the dining saloon. This area includes a gorgeous oval table accommodating ten guests comfortably. Fine china, crystal and crockery are concealed within the handsomely crafted matching buffets. A custom hand painted overhead lighting soffit has been built for added atmosphere. Twin 2,400hp Detroit Diesel engines give her a range of 2,500 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 14 knots.
Lying in San Diego, Ozark Lady was asking $4,495,000.
