The 24.38 metre motor yacht La Pace, listed for sale by Michael Nethersole at Northrop & Johnson, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Gary Hardcastle at Denison Yachting.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Ferretti to a design by Zuccon International Project, La Pace was delivered in 2012 as a Ferretti 88 model with a full refit in 2018. Accommodation is for up to eight guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite, a double and a twin, all with entertainment centres, Samsung television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
The main saloon has wide windows allowing in plenty of natural light and is furnished with large leather-upholstered settees to port and starboard, coffee tables and an entertainment centre featuring a 42-inch Samsung television screen on a rise and fall mechanism. Forward is a dining area with a table and seating for up to eight guests, while further forward still is a dinette and breakfast bar for casual meals served straight from the adjacent galley.
Outdoor spaces are ample, including a broad aft deck table and built-in seating for al fresco entertaining, while up on the flybridge is a second helm position, built-in seating, a full wet bar and a fridge. For sun devotees, the foredeck offers a built-in settee, table and a large sunpad.
Twin 1,872hp MTU engines allow a cruising speed of 27 knots, topping out at 30 knots.
La Pace was asking $2,095,000.
