The 29.2 metre motor yacht _Alandrea _has been listed for sale by Michael Selter at Fraser Yachts.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Ferretti to a design by Studio Zuccon, Alandrea was delivered in 2013 as a very highly specified yacht and the owner has maintained a continual programme of upgrades since, including the installation of Trac zero speed fin stabilizers. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a main deck master suite, two doubles and two twins. All cabins feature large windows, light oak joinery, televisions and full en suite facilities.
The aft deck of this yacht for sale has a teak sole and features a U-shaped settee and optional ottomans along with a separate expandable teak dining table with seating for 10. Forward through large stainless steel and glass doors is the main saloon with large windows, a factory upgraded, wooden sole and dark and light oak joinery. The port side has a large contemporary U-shaped sofa and coffee table on an accent rug. To starboard there is a bar in the aft corner made of dark oak while forward of the bar is light oak cabinetry featuring an upgraded 55 inch television on a remote controlled lift.
Up on the flybridge, al fresco entertaining and dining are well catered for, featuring a helm to port and guest seating to starboard facing forward, a large wet bar on the starboard side with ice maker and refrigeration, a double barbecue and a removable 32 inch LCD television. Just aft is a hot tub with integrated steps. Twin 16V 2000 M94 MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 21.5 knots and a maximum speed of 30 knots.
