The 36.4 metre motorsailer Onyx, listed for sale by Lukas Stratmann at Ocean Independence, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Andre Barbier and Sandra Totten at Dolphin Yachts.
Built in steel by German yard Elsflether Werft to a design by Ulrich Heinemann, Onyx was delivered in 1990. An interior with light oak panelling throughout accommodates up to 14 guests in seven cabins consisting of a master suite and six doubles, all with full en suite facilities.
The air-conditioned spacious saloon has comfortable seating for 12 guests, a good-sized bar and an entertainment centre including a large plasma television screen and WiFi internet access. There is also an office area on the starboard side.
The aft main deck is shaded and offers an al fresco dining table, seating, direct access to the main saloon, steps to the upper deck and effortless access to the lower swim deck. A sauna is available on the port side just at the entrance to the saloon.
On the upper deck is a deluxe Jacuzzi spa tub, two large sun pads, a comfortable outdoor lounge with optional shade and a wet bar. Her top speed is 13 knots and her power comes from a 632hp Deutz-MWM TBD234V8 diesel engine.
Onyx was asking €1,700,000.
