The 31.5 metre motor yacht M'Ocean, jointly listed for sale by Gaspard Yachts, Burgess and Ocean Drive, has had a €700,000 price reduction.
Built in GRP by Arcadia Yachts to a design by Francesco Guida and delivered in 2011, M'Ocean is an Arcadia 115 model, the big sister of, and based on, the the Arcadia 85. This semi-displacement composite-built yacht is RINA classified.
M'Ocean welcomes an abundance of natural light to her interiors, thanks to the transparent, conservatory-like superstructure on the upper deck saloon. Retractable balconies on either side of the main deck saloon further open her interior living spaces to the outdoors.
The eco-friendly M'Ocean utilises solar panels, which provide enough power to run the yacht's hotel load, thus limiting generator use. She is powered by twin 1,224 MAN diesel-electric hybrid engines to reduce fuel consumption and allowing her to cruise at 14 knots and reach a top speed of 16 knots.
M'Ocean accommodates 12 guests in a master suite, an upper-deck VIP suite along with two doubles and two twins below decks, all with full en suite facilities.
Superyacht M'Ocean is now down from €7.9 million to €7.2 million.
