The 37.8 metre motor yacht Nita K, listed for sale by John Cohen at Merle Wood & Associates, has been sold in an in-house deal with John Jacobi acting for the buyer.
Built in GRP by US yard Delta Marine to an in-house design, she was delivered in 2003 as one of the yard’s 124’ tri-deck series and had an extensive refit in 2014. A classic interior by Ardeo Design features cherry wood paneling throughout and accommodates up to 12 guests in five generous cabins.
The master suite is located on the main deck and has a king sized bed while three doubles below have queen sized beds, two of them also fitted with Pullman berths, and there is a twin cabin, all with entertainment systems, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
An expansive saloon has large windows giving her a bright and airy feel with couches and occasional easy chairs to port facing an entertainment centre on the starboard side while forward is a formal dining area. On deck, she features a multitude of areas ideal for lounging, as well as entertaining and dining al fresco.
Guests can take their pick from an upper deck sky lounge with a wet bar and comfortable seating, a covered aft deck with a teak table and chairs for 10 or up on the flybridge which has more seating, a spa pool and a retractable Bimini top.
Benefitting from a strong charter history, Nita K offers a range of 2,800 nautical miles at 12 knots powered by twin Caterpillar 3412 engines and is fitted with Quantum at anchor stabilizers.
Nita K was asking $9,995,000.
