The 44-metre CMN motor yacht De-De, listed for sale by Antonio de Yturbe Redo, Hans Van Doornmalen and Hannah Wolstenholme at Edmiston, has seen a price reduction of $1,000,000.
Built by the French yard CMN to a design by Stirling Design International, she was delivered in 2002. In 2020, a multimillion Euro refit saw her given a completely new hull paint job, new carpets throughout, upgraded crew areas and many other items while the majority of her technical systems were overhauled or serviced.
Lloyd’s classed and MCA compliant, her interior comfortably sleeps 10 guests in five cabins. The master suite is full beam on the main deck and has a king-size bed and separate office. On the lower deck are three doubles and a convertible twin cabin.
The formal dining area forward of the main saloon can seat 10 guests, while the aft and upper deck lend themselves to hosting larger groups for cocktails or al fresco dining. The upper saloon has a new home cinema and the bar was removed to free up more space.
Twin 1,200hp Caterpillar engines give the 457GT yacht for sale a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 11 knots. She is also fitted with Quantum zero-speed stabilisers.
De-De is now asking $7,500,000 and lying in Fort Lauderdale, USA.
