The 30.63 metre Burger motor yacht Viaggio, listed for sale by Sean Fenniman at Allied Marine, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in aluminium by US yard Burger Boat Company, to a design by Don O’Keefe, Viaggio was delivered in 1996 and comprehensively refitted in 2019 with constant modifications and upgrades along the way. Accommodation is for six guests in three generously proportioned cabins consisting of a full beam master suite, a double and a twin cabin, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.
In the main saloon, the framed glass door with matching floor to ceiling glass windows on a 45-degree angle allow for a panoramic exterior view from inside. All new headliners, LED Lighting, and a cream Stark carpet in a Greek key pattern welcome guests into the saloon. A comfortable entertaining area to port features an L-shaped custom sectional settee, two Romo chairs and a set of four nesting Eichholtz gold coffee tables. The furniture is situated to highlight the view out over the aft deck. To starboard is a custom chaise lounge, Eichholtz gold side table, and a newly refinished butternut wood built-in entertainment centre including a 50-inch flatscreen television set.
The flybridge, covered by a custom hardtop, has a curved console that provides a clear view of the instruments. To port, a large forward-facing settee provides guests with excellent views ahead. A centrally located service area has a refrigerator, freezer and icemaker as well as twin electric charcoal grills and a sink, all hidden beneath a Corian countertop. In the aft portion of the flybridge there are two L-shaped settees with new triangle corner tables for al fresco entertaining. Her top speed is 21 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 3,000 nautical miles at 12 knots with power coming from two 1,380hp Caterpillar 3412-DITA diesel engines.
Viaggio was asking $3,495,000.
