The 40.9-metre Baglietto motor yacht Lee has been sold with Tommaso Chiabra of Royal Yacht International representing the seller.
Built in aluminium in 2023 by Italian yard Baglietto, to designs by Stefano Vafiadis, Lee is the fourth of the popular DOM 133 series. Her interior is by Tehila Bracha Magyar Shelef. The broker said that the yacht is "fitted with the latest advanced technology to minimise the ecological footprint".
Accommodation includes a main deck owner's suite forward, which has a foldable balcony that extends the cabin – at the touch of a button – by two metres and creates the perfect spot for morning breakfast. There are four well-appointed cabins on the lower deck, including a VIP, plus quarters for a crew of nine.
Full-height windows flanking the dining space in the forward part of the open-plan saloon, combined with fully-opening, full-height windows opening out to the aft deck, make for an exceptionally bright space that feels well connected with its surroundings. A bar, adjacent to an opening side window, can be used to serve guests both inside and out. One deck up, the skylounge features a bar and opens aft to a circular outdoor dining table.
The broker pointed out that the pool on the aft deck has a "split-level design that creates a comfortable social area at the stern". Its movable floor system means it can be completely closed when more deck space is required.
Up on the sundeck, a "convertible sliding perforated" sunroof allows just the right amount of sunlight into the space. Forward on the bow is another al fresco area with sunpads.
The 411GT yacht is powered by twin 1,600hp Caterpillar diesels, giving her a maximum speed of 17 knots, cruising speed of 15 knots and range of 3,500 nautical miles. She has a shallow 2.1-metre draft, giving good access to anchorages. A side-accessed tender garage is positioned immediately aft of the engine room.
Lee was asking €24,900,000.
