The 35.5 metre motor Sin or Swim, listed for sale by Sean Doyle at Northrop & Johnson, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Brian Franc at United Yacht Sales.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Azimut to a design by Stefano Righini, Sin or Swim was delivered in 2006 and has been regularly updated since, with the most recent refit being undertaken in 2016. A stylish interior by Carlo Galeazzi accommodates 10 guests in five cabins comprising a master suite, two doubles and two twins. All guest cabins come with entertainment centres, Crestron television screens and en suite bathroom facilities while crew quarters sleep up to five crewmembers.
The main saloon features an elegant, tranquil décor with ample seating provided by three sofas. Two cocktail tables flank the sofas, while a full-service bar, situated aft, easily services the saloon and aft deck areas. The glass-topped dining table is surrounded by woven rattan chairs in a rich tobacco-coloured finish, seating up to ten guests.
Outdoors, the flybridge is accessed from either the aft deck or the pilothouse. This area was specifically designed for al fresco entertaining. It includes a very large wraparound seating arrangement and table, a bar with built-in stools perfect for happy hour and a whirlpool Jacuzzi surrounded by sun pads. In addition, a hard top with a retractable sunroof provides protection from the sun. Twin 2,434hp MTU diesel engines allow a comfortable cruising speed of 16 knots.
Sin or Swim was asking $3,925,000.
