The 50-metre motor yacht Solstice has entered the market with Konstantinos Ladas of Capital Yachting.
With delivery slated for 2025, the steel and aluminium custom-designed yacht has an exterior designed by Adeo, who did the original naval architecture, and an interior by H2 Yacht Design, which have all been developed further by renowned naval architects Alpha Marine.
Nikos Dafnias of Alpha Marine has been brought in to be responsible for Solstice's completion – both in design and build – using Alpha Marine's network. "Quality control and total project management" will be under Alpha Marine, including "space rental, yard facilities, reliable subcontractors".
Solstice's layout offers accommodation in seven cabins and a highlight is a private Jacuzzi, located forward on the owner's deck, up top. As well as the owner's suite on the owner's deck, there are two VIP doubles on the "first" deck plus two double and two twin cabins on the lower deck. Quarters for a crew of 12 are positioned forward on both the lower deck and main deck.
The yacht also features a cinema room, spa and gym but its layout could still be refined by the new owner. The broker pointed out that Solstice will have strong charter potential.
There is the possibility of extending the length to 55 metres and increasing the 980 Gross Tonnage to 1,100GT. The yacht for sale will be powered by twin 1,450hp MTU engines.
Solstice is asking €19,500,000 (in its "as is" 50-metre form).
