The 42.7 metre Akhir motor yacht Element, jointly listed for sale by Edmiston & Company and Merle Wood & Associates, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Victor Iliadis of Marine Marketing.
Built in GRP to Lloyd's class by Italian yard Cantieri di Pisa, Element was delivered in 2002 as an Akhir 140 model and has warm and inviting yet contemporary interior styling, incorporating a range of neutral tones and textures which serve to create a calm and relaxing environment.
She has excellent dining and lounge areas indoors and outdoors to suit every possible occasion. The main saloon features a formal dining area with adjoining lounge leading out onto a beautifully appointed aft deck dining space.
MCA compliant, Element can accommodate up to 12 guests in six luxurious and well appointed suites. The vast master stateroom situated forward on the main deck is accessed through its own study and boasts large his and her bathrooms. The full-beam VIP suite, forward on the lower deck enjoys a comfortable seating area and large bathroom with Jacuzzi. Two spacious doubles and two twin guest staterooms are also located on the lower deck.
