The 29-metre sailing yacht Tawera has rejoined the brokerage market, listed for sale with Adam Papadakis of Moravia Yachting.
Tawera was delivered in 1995 by New Zealand yard Alloy Yachts, constructed in aluminium to an exterior design from Ron Holland. She has been maintained to "exceptional standards" by her only owner, completing a major refit in 2017 and undergoing recent works in 2024, which included the rebuild of her main engines.
The ketch-rigged yacht is a proven racer-cruiser, taking home multiple regatta wins, including the 2016, 2017, and 2019 New Zealand Millennium Cup regattas, the 2021 Mastercard Superyacht Regatta and the 2024 Cyclades Cup Regatta.

The interior styling by Peter Sijm offers a predominately neutral colour scheme and warm teak panelling, accented by pops of colour through soft furnishings. Her living spaces benefit from two metres of headroom and plenty of windows, which both help to accentuate the feeling of space on board.
The saloon is split-level; the upper saloon offers a dining area seating six, while steps lead down to the lower saloon, which features a semi-circular dining area, a small library and an entertainment centre and sofa.
In addition to winning multiple regattas, the sailing yacht has explored many far-reaching destinations, including the Maldives, Djibouti in the Horn of Africa, and through the Suez to Europe, showcasing her equally important family cruising abilities.
