The 49.9-metre Overmarine new-build superyacht Felicità, scheduled for delivery in August 2025, has received a €500,000 price drop to her sales listing with Moran Yacht & Ship.
Currently under construction in Italy, Felicità will become the fifth unit from the Mangusta Oceano 50 series when delivered, constructed with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. Her exterior is designed by Alberto Mancini in conjunction with Overmarine’s in-house team, the latter of which also designed the contemporary interior and worked with Pierluigi Ausonio PLANA on the naval architecture.
12 guests are accommodated in five cabins, the main deck master cabin having a “sea terrace” that extends out over the water to starboard. There are two double cabins and two twin cabins with Pullman berths on the lower deck, while a crew of 11 have quarters forward.
A particular highlight on board includes the “expansive” beach club aft, which opens on three sides and contains a blue marble and mosaic-tiled Hammam. Guests can also enjoy a large glass-fronted, rectangular Jacuzzi pool forward on the sundeck and freestanding lounge seating on the vast foredeck, above the garage where tenders and toys are stowed.
Her broker noted that there is also a swimming pool on the foredeck, an open-air cinema on the upper deck and an “oversized”, well-equipped gymnasium. Al fresco dining can also be enjoyed either on the upper deck aft or up on the sundeck below the bimini.
Felicità's aft deck benefits from built-in seating towards the stern, served by an outdoor bar, the perfect spot to enjoy refreshments while watching other guests try watersports. Interior seating is equally convivial with a semi-circle of seats, forward of which is a custom piece of furniture that separates the dining area forward. Full-height windows together with glass bulwarks make for excellent views out.
The 499GT yacht for sale is powered by twin 1,700hp MTU engines giving her a 16-knot maximum speed, a 12-knot cruising speed and a range of 4,500 nautical miles at an economical 11 knots. She also benefits from a shallow draught of only 2.65 metres, making her ideal for cruising the Bahamas or the Mediterranean coast.
Felicità is now asking €37,500,000.
