The 60-metre Oceanco motor yacht Alfa G (ex Sea Pearl) has been exclusively listed for sale with Matt Albert of Superyacht Partners following a €20,000,000 "transformative" exterior and interior refit.
Built for, and now refitted by, the owner of Oceanco in 2004, Alfa G has been the recipient of several multi-million-euro refits since she first hit the water. Her most recent refit was completed in 2024, with her €20 million works including an entire interior restyle, full repaint, new teak decks and a new mast, in addition to technical updates and upgrades with all new systems.
Her refit predominately included the addition of a new aft terrace on the sundeck, complete with al fresco dining area, snug and a state-of-the-art swimming pool with an optional current for swimming or a relaxing Jacuzzi option.
Alfa G was first delivered as Pegasus, with an exterior and interior design from Winch Design. Her 1,184GT interiors have since been re-styled by Alexandre Thiriat as part of her 2024 refit, characterised by opulent materials, custom furnishings and authentic art pieces in the French designer's signature modern-chic style.
Accommodation on board is for up to 16 guests in six cabins, including a duplex master suite on the main deck with a forward observation lounge/private office, walk-in wardrobe and his and hers bathroom with steam shower. A full 10.5-metre-beam VIP cabin with Pullman berth, and a further two double cabins and twin cabins, each with additional Pullman berth, are located on the lower deck. While officially certified to accommodate 12, Alfa G can host up to 18 guests. There is further accommodation for a crew of 18.
The main saloon features a lounge area with low-slung coffee tables and a grand piano with a formal dining area forward that seats 12 guests. A secondary dining space can be found on the upper deck, this time with a smaller circular table, with curved sliding doors that open out on to the aft deck. A welcoming sky lounge with bar and multiple lounge chairs lies closely behind on her upper deck.
Alfa G is crowned with a brand new sundeck featuring adjustable dining tables, two large "cocoons" with windbreaks, spacious bar, barbecue and versatile large swimming pool flanked by large sunpads. The Dutch build also has a touch and go helipad and a fully equipped gym on board.
The yacht for sale was built to Lloyd's Class and is MCA Code compliant. Power comes from twin CAT 3512B DITA engines offering a top speed of 15 knots and a range of 5,600 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Currently lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Alfa G is asking $49,000,000. She will be on display at the upcoming Palm Beach International Boat Show.
