A $525,000 price drop has been announced on the 40.1-metre Feadship motor yacht Lady Sandals, listed for sale with Moran Yacht & Ship.
Delivered in 1985 by the esteemed Dutch shipyard, Lady Sandals was constructed in steel and aluminium to an exterior design by De Voogt Naval Architects and interior styling from Paola D. Smith & Associates. Continuing to reap the rewards of her 2007 refit, the classical-looking motor yacht is brimming with modern amenities.
Accommodation is for eight guests in four spacious cabins, comprising one grand master, two doubles and one twin. Up to seven crew are accommodated on board.
In terms of entertaining spaces, Lady Sandals is brimming with an array of bright areas to socialise with friends and family. Her main saloon is fitted with a large L-shaped sofa and curved bar, with a 12-person dining table lying in the next room. Forward of her upper deck is a generous sky lounge: a popular area due to the expansive windows offering unbeatable views over her bow.
The yacht for sale is powered by twin Caterpillar 3512-TA diesel engines (each with 1,165 hp), delivering a cruising speed of 14 knots, maximum speed of 16 knots and range of up to 3,743 nautical miles.
Lady Sandals is now asking $4,450,000, currently lying in Fort Lauderdale.
