30 per cent price drop on Tempest superyacht Trilogy at bluewater

Jim Acher at bluewater tells me there’s a further €150,000 – equating to 30 per cent – price cut on his listing for sale, the 28.6m motor yacht Trilogy.

Trilogy was launched by Tempest Marine in 1990 and underwent a substantial refit in 2005. The refit included a hull extension, new paint, new air conditioning, new teak decks, major works to all machinery and upgraded electrical systems. Featuring an enclosed pilothouse, she has four cabins for eight guests. Accommodation is arranged as a master suite, VIP stateroom and two twin cabins, all with en suite facilities. Twin 1,000hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 13 knots and she has Naiad zero speed stabilisers.

Acher says, 'Trilogy is very, very keenly for sale and seeks to encourage offers without delay. There is huge volume on this platform and the owners would be simply thrilled and elated to receive an offer.'

Lying in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, Trilogy is down from €495,000 to €345,000.
