The 50 metre motor yacht Ventura, jointly listed for sale by Melitas Marine with Yachtzoo, has had a further price reduction of €2,000,000.
Designed by Omega Architects, Ventura was built in aluminium by Dutch yard Heesen to RINA class and delivered in 2013. A minimalist interior by Francesco Paszkowski uses polished ebony for the parquet flooring and whitened oak for the panelling, and she sleeps 12 guests in six cabins, with an additional cabin for the owner’s staff. There is also accommodation for nine crew in five cabins aboard this yacht for sale.
There are two master suites: the first, with a spectacular circular bedroom, leads directly outside on the upper deck, while the other is full-beam on the main deck. A full-beam VIP suite, two doubles and one twin are situated on the lower deck and all cabins have entertainment centres, satellite television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
Ventura has an expansive sundeck to enjoy the outdoors with sun awnings forward and aft of the mast. There is more than 70 square metres of deck space filled with loungers and sun pads forward alongside the Jacuzzi. Amidships is a full bar with a counter to port with granite tops, an L-shaped bench, table and chairs for al fresco dining. This massive open-plan space has mostly loose furniture that can be removed to host large parties at the quayside. A further outdoor entertaining area is available on the main deck aft with three couches in a U-shape with two armchairs and two granite-topped tables. Twin 16V 4000 M90 MTU diesel engines give her a range of 3,200 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Lying in the South of France, Ventura is now asking €18,000,000 million.
