$1 million price cut on superyacht Silver Shalis at Burgess and Merle Wood

Simultaneous emails arrive from Burgess and Merle Wood & Associates advising of a $1 million price drop on their joint listing, the 40.02m motor yacht Silver Shalis.

Silver Shalis was built in 1987 by Abeking & Rasmussen to a design by Diana Yacht Design, perfectly combining pedigree yacht construction with performance and comfort.

This superyacht is powered by three MTU 16V engines with a combined horsepower of 10,440 driving triple KaMeWa waterjets. She's capable of cruising at 30 knots with excellent stability due to her performance-type deep V hull and her shallow draft makes her ideal for cruising in the Bahamas and Greek islands.

Silver Shalis has had one owner since new, been meticulously maintained with a full refit in 1994 and has never been chartered. She sleeps up to 10 guests in a master, two double and a triple cabin plus Pullman berth.

Available to view at the upcoming Fort Lauderdale show, she's now asking $2.95 million.
