Day One: Taormina

Swap crowded ports with secluded anchorages and head north of Sicily to the Aeolian islands, a location that encompasses seclusion, breath-taking landscape and culture.

To start your charter holiday, fly into Catania before being escorted by the crew to Riposto Marina, only 30 minutes from the airport, where ·11·11· will be waiting. Enjoy a relaxing hour-long cruise to Taormina anchorage, where you will be greeted by the beautiful landscape and have time for a relaxing afternoon swim.

After a celebratory first dinner on board, the yacht will depart for an overnight sail to the Aeolian islands.

Day Two: Stromboli

Wake up at Stromboli, the Northern most Aeolian island characterised by an active volcano 924 metres above sea level.

For those that would like to get some exercise, a morning hike up to the top of the Volcano is worth the effort, as you will be rewarded with incomparable views. For those that prefer to relax on board, the crew can set up water toys at your disposal. This Benetti superyacht carries an array of exhilarating watersports equipment and inflatables that cater to everyone’s thrill level, including and not limited to: a large slide, trampoline, climbing wall, jungle gym, jet skis, tenders, Seabobs, wakeboards and flyboards.

In the evening the star-strewn Aeolian sky is the ideal setting for a romantic candle-lit meal. Or, our crew can set up our spacious bow to seat up to 12 guests for a lovely dinner against the backdrop of the epic horizon featuring the famous Stromboli volcano and a gorgeous Sicilian sunset. The world-class chefs on board ·11·11· can bring Italy’s finest and freshest produce straight to your table; from truffle pasta to fresh seafood, all gastronomic specialties and delicacies are covered.

After dinner we lift anchor and sail to a location where you can admire the Volcanic eruptions at night before setting off for our next destination.

Day Three: Salina

Start the day with a morning swim anchored off the island of Salina. After breakfast we depart by private transport to explore Fossa delle Felci, a nature reserve that is home to a variety of flora and fauna along the pathways that lead to the summit of the island.

Enjoy a spectacular lunch at Capofaro, which is nestled amongst vineyards, before returning to ·11·11· to drink in the beautiful scenery of the anchorage. End the day with a wine tasting evening during which you will enjoy wine sourced locally from Sicily and the Aeolian Islands, put together by the esteemed head chef and chief stewardess on board ·11·11·.

Day Four: Panarea

Take your time over a leisurely breakfast while underway to the island of Panarea. The first stop is Isola di Basiluzzo where the dazzlingly clear waters make it impossible to resist enjoying a day of water toys, snorkelling and sunbathing. A private dive trip can be organised too.

The luxury of having a massage suite and steam room on board ·11·11· provides both the convenience and privacy of a holistic spa experience without having to go ashore. Massages are available from our outstanding professional masseuse. Relaxation is guaranteed thanks to the steam room, massage room and top deck spa pool.

Depart for Panarea to anchor off the town where a dinner reservation ashore at Hycesia is not to be missed. After dinner we depart for a beautiful overnight cruise to the town of Cefalù, located on the north coast of Sicily.

Day Five: Cefalù

Cefalù is undoubtedly one of the prettiest villages in Sicily and features on the UNESCO World Heritage list. With a clean city centre and no cars allowed, it is a large pedestrian area made of charming streets which are full of independent boutiques, coffee shops and traditional restaurants. In the middle of the village sits a grand Norman Cathedral which dominates the area and is the symbol of the city.

Back on board enjoy a "murder mystery" evening arranged by the crew which will provide an entire night worth of secrecy, detective work and most definitely laughter – it’ll certainly be a night to remember. There's even a selection of costumes and accessories to suit any theme on board ·11·11·. Get into character and over dinner, should a tragic event take place, use all your powers of deduction to identify who is the guilty party…

Set sail during the night for Lipari.

Day Six: Lipari

Spend the day anchored off one of the beautiful coves in translucent water. After a day of relaxation in the sun, we will head to an anchorage just off the town of Lipari, a colourful and picturesque town.

Dinner at Ristorante da Filippino is recommended, but first perfect your favourite tipple during a cocktail making masterclass on board in the sky lounge custom cocktail bar. Learn all about the different spirits while mixing, and of course tasting, any cocktail you desire from Martinis to Manhattans.

Day 7: Vulcano

After a morning walk ashore followed by breakfast on board we depart for Vulcano, the most southerly island in the Aeolian chain. Whilst in the Aeolian islands, why not immerse yourself in the delicious flavours the islands have to offer and, under the guidance of our talented chefs, prepare your own authentic pizza bases and toppings, enjoy a pasta making workshop and prepare homemade ravioli or anything you wish!

Our chefs have a wealth of know-how and will provide a fun-filled afternoon in the galley producing some tasty delicacies to serve for dinner that evening.
