Dutch yard Vitters has turned the hull of its 44-metre fast cruising sloop sailing yacht. Due for delivery in spring 2024, the sailing yacht is designed by Reichel Pugh Yacht Design with interiors by Design Unlimited in collaboration with Pieter Laureys, TKI.
Known as Project 3093, the yacht has been described as having “modern, dynamic exterior lines” with ample glass and a modern superstructure. A sunbathing pad and two outside seating areas offer plenty of options for al fresco dining. Expansive deck spaces are found aft and forward while the transom area can be converted into a large beach club close to the water.
The interiors meanwhile are described as “contemporary” and include wooden panels and a full-length deckhouse skylight allowing plenty of natural light inside.
Technical innovations are set to include two “submarine” anchor systems, a “peak shaving” battery system and twin V-drums in the forepeak.
Speaking about the project in the past, Vitters’ sales and marketing manager Bas Peute said: “The project team worked intensively together to fulfil the owner’s requirements of building a safe and comfortable superyacht that also performs well in all weather conditions.”
Vitter Project 3093 is set to begin outfitting in the coming weeks.
