Italian shipyard Tankoa Yachts has revealed a first look inside its full-custom 58-metre superyacht Diamond Binta, now listed for sale.
Delivered in August 2024, the superyacht made her world premiere at the 2024 Monaco Yacht Show before she embarked on her maiden journey through the Mediterranean. Diamond Binta has been designed by long-time Tankoa collaborator Francesco Paszkowski Design and has been conceived as a "worldwide explorer” with a sporty style and a range of over 5,000 nautical miles. Her design has been highly acclaimed, making her a finalist in the upcoming BOAT Design & Innovation Awards in the Outstanding Exterior Design and Best Interior Design categories.

Marble surfaces can also be found across the yacht on coffee tables, dining room floors and bathrooms.
Nearly all the onboard furniture was custom-designed as well as pieces from renowned brands Minotti and Poltrona Frau. Paszkowski pointed out how the ceiling is a prominent design feature with integrated LED strips running along the curved ceiling perimeters.
Accommodation is spread across five cabins, two with Pullman berths, to accommodate up to 12 guests. The full-beam owner's suite is forward on the main deck, complete with a starboard side lounge, study area and fold-out balcony. Asymmetric design cues can be found here across everything from the carpet and deckhead to the cabinetry and finishing.
Other amenities include a forward helipad on the upper deck, a large beach club with a spa and massage room and a sundeck setup with a gym and pool. A garage will be able to accommodate a nine-metre limo tender and a glass-encased corridor will stretch from the beach club to the cabins directly through the engine room, offering a glimpse at the inner workings of the superyacht.
A particular highlight is the spacious beach club with a seating area and a treatment room with a glass wall that allows light to flood in when the two side terraces are lowered and the transom door is opened. A skylight from the main deck further illuminates the space.
Up top on the fly deck, a pool is accompanied by a generous lounging and al fresco dining area aft. Meanwhile, the central section features a protected, enclosed gym with spectacular views out. Glass doors fore and aft can be left open to create and inside/outside area, or closed off to function as a climate-controlled retreat. Alongside the pool, a custom-designed bar and two round sunbeds complete the amenities.
The team drew inspiration from automotive design for the wheelhouse, highlighting its more technical use through a masculine and understated ambience.
"I am proud of this project, which represents an evolution from the owner’s previous 50-metre Binta D'Or [now Sp1]," said Eva Orsi, president of Tankoa Yachts. Her timeless design combined with cutting-edge solutions is the result of teamwork between the client, designers, and shipyard, blending elegance and functionality. This construction confirms Tankoa's reputation as a boutique shipyard."
According to BOATPro, Tankoa Yachts has eight units on order or actively in build. Diamond Binta was delivered in August 2024 in the same month as the 49.9-metre yacht Rilassata.
