British shipyard Sunseeker has released new images and video of its 29.85 metre Sunseeker 100 Yacht model.
The first hull in the new series, named Ikal, was launched in April 2022 and premiered at Cannes Yachting Festival last year. According to BOATPro data, she is the first of 11 Sunseeker 100 Yacht models currently on order and under construction and one of three already delivered by the shipyard.
The flagship of Sunseeker's Yacht series is defined by a walkaround flybridge that connects the top deck with the foredeck lounge, and marks the start of a "new era" in flybridge design for Sunseeker, the shipyard said.
Built from a GRP hull and superstructure, the yacht features a 125GT interior and beam of 6.9 metres. "Aggressive styling remains true to Sunseeker lineage but with a new, three-dimensional aesthetic," the shipyard added. Inside, her styling is contemporary with a muted palette punctuated by marine blues and silver accents. There is plenty of natural lighting throughout all shared living areas creating a bright ambience that affords guests ocean views at all times.
The foredeck on the first model has two separate seating arrangements with cinema screen capability, while the central flybridge has L-shaped seating, a fully equipped wet bar and space aft for free-standing furniture or a Jacuzzi. The flybridge can be customised to feature an optional helm station, generous seating and a wet bar. There is also space for a Jacuzzi or additional sun loungers.
Accommodation on board is for a total of eight guests, including the full beam owner’s suite with an en suite, walk-in wardrobe, office and large lobby, which sits forward of the main deck. The owner’s suite is illuminated by natural light, thanks to oversized glazing, while owners also have access to a foredeck terrace through a fully glazed sliding door forward.
The main saloon has been described as “penthouse style” with large windows to either side. The deck also features a formal dining area for eight guests and a large galley forward with direct side deck access for crew. The forward crew quarters sleeps four and is accessed through the galley.
The aft tender garage is capable of converting into a “large and luxurious” beach club, complete with a built-in BBQ and a rain shower. The tender garage meanwhile can be flooded electronically and is large enough to accommodate a Williams 460 Sportjet, as well as a GTX255 jet ski and Seabobs.
The Sunseeker 100 Yacht reaches speeds of up to 29 knots and a range of 1,300 nautical miles.
