Turkish yard Sirena Yachts has announced the sale of its sixth Sirena 88 flagship model which was first presented at the 2019 Cannes Yachting Festival.
The 26.81 metre was sold to an American client and features a number of upgrades and custom design solutions. "The list of special requests and custom features that we’re implementing on this yacht is impressive, which reflects both our determination to meet our customers’ needs but also the flexibility of this particular model,” said Constantinos Constantinou, Sirena’s Director of North American Sales.
A private foredeck can be accessed through the master suite and features a Jacuzzi - upgraded from a standard plunge pool - accompanied by sun loungers. Meanwhile, the flybridge layout has been re-arranged to accommodate a custom bar with a bespoke seating and dining area.
The Sirena 88 features naval architecture by German Frers with interior design courtesy of Cor D. Rover. The model will feature a five cabin layout with a master suite forward on the main deck and four guest suites below.
Designed with extensive cruising in mind, power comes from two upgraded 1,800 hp engines and the hull will be fitted with both zero-speed stabilisers and a Seakeeper gyro stabiliser.
Constantinou added, “We’re thrilled by the way the 88 has been received, which reflects the trend among owners seeking superyacht features in a more manageable size of yacht,” says. “The Sirena 88 offers the kind of volumes you would commonly find on a 100-footer or bigger."
