Dutch studio Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design has unveiled a "ready to build" 138.4-metre superyacht concept known as Inspire.
The exterior is designed to blend with its surroundings, achieved through a light blue-green hull, floor-to-ceiling glazing and multiple hatches. There is also a focus on al fresco lounges and shaded exterior decks to encourage guests to connect with the outdoors.
This design ethos culminates in a submerged observation lounge, situated five metres below the sea's surface and offering "a unique opportunity to experience underwater life".
Interiors are spread across six decks, with the top deck dedicated entirely to the owner. This area offers 250 square metres of living space, including a bathroom with a full-beam vanity, two dressing areas and a private lounge. An owner's lounge can be found aft, enclosed by floor-to-ceiling glass to create a winter garden.
The main deck houses 10 guest cabins – including two VIP suites with balconies – a restaurant, a theatre for 40 guests, a wellness centre and a beach lounge. At the centre of the beach lounge is a "blue hole pool", measuring 10 metres and designed with rock formations and a full glass bottom for an immersive experience. Meanwhile, the wellness centre is arranged with a sauna, Hammam, gym and massage and treatment rooms.
The upper deck is dominated by a large lounge with an integrated fireplace and is posited as a social space to use in conjunction with the restaurant and theatre "for meetings, exchanging ideas and deepening discussions," according to the designers.
"The marine environment has always inspired mankind; by its visual splendour of surging waves and endless skies, as well as its sense of wonder, tales of exploration and legendary voyages," explained designer Sander Sinot. "Inspire builds on that legacy by providing unprecedented openness between the inside and out."
Key numbers include a 21.1-metre beam, a volume of 8,151GT and a maximum speed of 16.5 knots.
