Mangusta has sold the second GranSport 54, the flagship of its fast displacement range.

The all-aluminium 54 metre yacht is styled inside and out by Alberto Mancini, with naval architecture by Pierluigi Ausonio.

Accommodation is for a maximum of 12 guests in five cabins and a staff of seven crew in four cabins. Key features include a superyacht beach club measuring 75 square metres with three fold-out sections, one aft and two port and starboard, encouraging interaction with the water.

Another stand out feature of the yacht is the upper deck which includes a central saloon which is connected to the aft area and forward sun deck lounge via sliding glass doors.

The sundeck has two large sunpads and a seven-person Jacuzzi tub. The yacht will have a tio speed of 30 knots with a cruising range of 4,200 nautical miles.

The news comes as the yard announced it has sold the fourth Mangusta Oceano 43 thanks to Edmiston.

Speaking about the sales, Mangusta commercial director Francesco Frediani said: “The sale success of both the long-range three-deckers, in the Mangusta Oceano line and the new fast displacement Mangusta GranSport series, proves that our brand has by now become a leader even in product lines different from traditional ones.”
