Pershing, a brand of Ferretti Group, has announced the launch of the fourth Pershing 140. The 43.3-metre superyacht series is the first to be built in Ancona, Italy and is the result of collaboration between Fulvio De Simoni and Ferretti Group's Strategic Product Committee, led by Piero Ferrari.
The trim, sporty series is also Pershing's first all-aluminium creation, as well as the first model to be designed with a raised helm station directly connected to the sun deck.
While imagery is undisclosed, the owner has chosen to personalise the interior with nature-themed decorative panels in the lobby and the lounge which use three-dimensional fabrics. Interiors also incorporate pale-coloured leathers, black wood and soft dècor "personalised with embossed patterns in classic Pershing style".
Highlights include a lower deck bar cabinet that has been decorated "as though in a VIP area", including special turquoise lacquering, and two twin cabins designed for children. Accommodation is across five en suite cabins, including a main deck owner's cabin with customised interior decor and 3D-patterned bathroom furnishings.
Powered by four engines, each rated 2,600 hp, the yacht can reach an impressive top speed of 36 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots.
